1. The ball may be thrown in any direction. You can do this using one hand or both hands. 2. The ball may be struck in any direction. This one too allows you to use one or both hands. 3. The side with most of the points is always declared the winner of the game. 4. A player cannot run with the ball. As a player, you must throw it from the spot you catch the ball from. There is only an allowance for anyone catching the ball as they run. 5. The body must not be used to catch the ball. You must catch the ball in between your hands.

You'll notice that we tried to categorize the drills for you, but many of the drills here are multi-purpose which means they work on other skills as well. A ballhandling drill may include footwork and passing. A shooting drill may include conditioning. The multipurpose format helps to simulate gameplay and is time efficient to get the most out of the skill work.

As NBA fans, we're always hungry for NBA knowledge. I'm sure that some of you out there have every year's champion memorized from past to present.
